					<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s hard to stomach the idea of another season of Gabbert, but 23 still is very young to give up on a guy (guessing Eli didn&#039;t look any better through age 22).  Seems like guys like Bradshaw and Plunkett were able to develop as late-bloomers several generations ago,  but Alex Smith is the closest modern example I can think of, and you&#039;re still constructing a team around a limited guy in that case. The stealth benefit of playing Gabbert is that even if he&#039;s terrible it&#039;s bringing you closer to a shot at a franchise qb]]></description>
