Does anyone know a source for play by play logs and/or play starting positions (yard lines) for past years? Especially 50s thru 70s.

To follow-up on what Richie said, I was also surprised to see Jurgensen on the list for 1969. But Lombardi had Jurgensen be more careful with the ball and took some of the load off of him with the improved running game, the focus on field position, and some improved defensive play. I believe that was Larry Brown's rookie year and it changed the dynamic of the Redksins offense considerably.
