Vick, Brees and Matt Ryan were the NFC QBs that year. 2010 was when Vick had that huge year in Philly. Brees threw a lot of picks, but still had a great year. And Ryan had almost the same stats as Rodgers, but won more games. 2010 was actually a pretty down year for a lot of QBs who weren’t Tom Brady.
