Thought of Dallas and Miami. Did not include Pittsburgh until the multiple choices were presented. Good question regarding a great franchise (spoken by a cowboy fan!)

As a Dolphins fan, I sadly knew the answer. Through 2008, the Dolphins still had the most wins. At the end of 2009, they were tied. I think in week 3 of 2010 the Steelers took the lead for good (for now).

Here's the progression:
1970- 1971 Minnesota
1972- 1975 Miami
1976-1977 Minnesota
1978 Miami & Dallas (Miami had one more tie)
1979-1983 Dallas
1984 Miami & Dallas (Miami had two more ties)
1985-2008 Miami
2009 Miami & Pittsburgh
2010-2011 Pittsburgh

Luckily, most of the other teams in competition for the top spot have had a bad decade (Dal, Oak, Den, SF, Was)
