If the average coach loses 0.65 games based on 4th down decisions, then when combined with other decisions (going for 2 instead of 1, taking a knee at the half when there is enough time and timeouts, or not using timeouts correctly, etc.), I would assume that the average coach would lose somewhere between 1-1.5 games, with the worst coaches losing 2-2.5 games.
