Motivated by Barnwell article on Belichick’s trades I tried to guesstimate this, following the one round better next year, averaging the difference between rounds in value percentage (As in the average second round pick is ~54% as valuable as the average first round pick, a 3 is ~67 as a 2, etc.) that gives a discount rate of ~58% which still sounds a little high but is not a 174%.
