					<description><![CDATA[Note: There are 7 QB&#039;s in the top 20 who played for The Redskins, i.e., Schroeder (twice), Frerotte, Shuler, Williams, Ramsey, and lastly, McNabb.  Joe Gibbs was truly a genius when it came to selecting field generals with the arm and penchant for big plays down field. It was one aspect of his offensive prowess and the formula to winning games as most teams did the opposite in running some variation of Bill Walsh&#039;s West Coast Offense through the use of controlled high percentage short passing plays.  Mark Rypien should also be on this list somewhere.]]></description>
