The NFL takes  total  KOR yards and divides them by the number that were returned. This figure is the one they use, the NFL isn&#039;t going to try all of your figuring around just to see who the Kickoff Return leader is. They aren&#039;t accountants and don&#039;t want to have to hire any just to figure their stats every week. So until one of these miracle men can best Lynn Chandnois&#039;s 29.6 or Gale Sayers&#039;s 30.6 these  two will stay at the  top.]]></description>
