Certainly, but in a league this as volatile as the NFL it&#039;s still pretty unlucky to be on this bad of a team. I mean take Andre Johnson - he was an elite player on a terrible team but even the Texans are relevant now. Same goes for Fitzgerald. Steve Smith in Carolina as well. Patrick Willis in San Fran. The list goes on. It&#039;s simply unlucky that the Rams haven&#039;t turned it around through pure chance and been relevant for even a single year.]]></description>
