How far back did you go? I am sort of curious is there is much of a difference between salary cap vs. non-salary cap records from year to year. I am not sure of the best method to measure parity - but I don&#039;t think the salary cap has really increased the parity of the league (assuming parity means more teams closer to an 8-8 record).]]></description>
