Good question, Richie.  If something is really easy, everyone will do it well and the standard deviation will be small.  If something is really hard, well, everyone will do it poorly and the standard deviation would be small.  But those are at the extremes -- as passing gets easier, I imagine the standard deviation would change, I&#039;m just not sure in which direction.]]></description>
