If Marshall wasn&#039;t such a distraction, I would agree, but he was part of the problem for those teams he&#039;s played for. Jimmy Smith&#039;s off-field baggage is likely preventing more support for him as well. When you have other HOF-caliber receivers with strong qualifications and no issues, it&#039;s difficult for guys like Marshall and Smith.]]></description>
