But that’s the result of experimental observation. In a political poll, that rate would be given a “margin of error” of +/- 1% or +/- 100 interceptions. That interval almost covers the entire listed range of career interceptions over or under par (Roman Gabriel manages to be 0.3 interceptions below it.)
