These are low confidence numbers.  Let&#039;s -for a moment- consider Brett Favre who has 10,169 passing attempts 336 intercepted passes, so his interception rate is 3.3%.  But that&#039;s the result of experimental observation.  In a political poll, that rate would be given a &quot;margin of error&quot; of +/- 1% or +/- 100 interceptions.  That interval almost covers the entire listed range of career interceptions over or under par (Roman Gabriel manages to be 0.3 interceptions below it.)]]></description>
