The first part of this article reminded me of 2007 when the Cowboys swept the Giants in the regular season and after a week of resting up couldn't get it done in the playoffs. The only time the Giants and Cowboys have ever met in the playoffs. I wasn't that surprised because grown men don't like to get beat especially 3 times in one year. San Diego has already lost today but they didn't have the pressure of anyone expecting them to win, similar to the Giants that year and the Ravens last year. Last year was as good an example of not the best team winning as there has ever been. Not trying to take away from them, it just is. Some things you just can't put a number on. Love that stat of the day. Both games today were good examples of it by the teams you mentioned.
