As a 5&#039;7&quot; 160 pound high schooler, my 14 reps were actually 1.1 above expectation. As a 5&#039;7&quot; 190 pound father/bureaucrat, my 1 rep is a whopping 15.7 below expectation. This reality makes me want to reevaluate my life choices.]]></description>
