What may have been the only thing keeping me from putting WP as my #1 back in the fan rankings is his tds per game. I believe it was around 0.63 and Jim Brown had more than 1 per game. Other than that, his numbers and durability are unmatched.
Crazy how people these days just remember him from the ’85 Bears, not even realizing that was the end of his career.
