If you have a high draft pick and you&#039;re drafting for the top players with the most upside, you are usually going to draft one of the younger players. Chip didn&#039;t have one of those top picks, so he wants guys who have experience playing in the same kind of roles that he is going to have them play in. He wants, for example, a 3-4 defensive end who has actually played 3-4 defensive end, so they are more ready from the start.]]></description>
