					<description><![CDATA[It seems the one missing element is predicted team improvement.  SRS measures team quality at the end of last season.  Wk 1 Cover measures performance over expectation.  However, teams might improve their team quality in the off-season in ways that lead to an improved point spread.  Would Denver have been favored by 2.5 points over the Steelers without Manning at QB?
