I could totally envision a scenario where the Dolphins are a better team in 2017, yet only win 8 or 9 games. Then the media and fans will be screaming about how the team regressed and someone needs to be fired.

I have the exact same sentiments about the Lions. I would consider 2017 a success if (to paraphrase Mike Tanier) the they improve enough to go 9-7 on merit, instead of luck.]]></description>
